Who Am I?
I’m not a doctor, a therapist or a life coach. I’m just a person who works daily to become the best version of myself. All I have to offer is the life experience I’ve accumulated and the education I’ve gained from the people I admire.
I’ve worked in education for 20 years. I have a Masters Degree in Literacy Development along with a Masters Degree in Technology Integration for Education but that doesn’t matter.
What really matters is my desire to share what I’ve learned so far so I can continue helping myself and maybe you as well.

Not for the benefit of others, but for the benefit of yourself. When you feel good about yourself you can accomplish anything.

People aren’t just addicted to drugs and alcohol. There are many other addictions controlling our lives like food, television, shopping, anger, resentment and jealousy. What are you addicted to? Maybe I can help based on the strategies I’ve used to overcome my own addictions.
